Milk (any type, but I like 2%)Butter (unsalted is best)Instant yeastCoconut sugarFresh bananaBread flourSaltCinnamonCream cheesePowdered sugarVanilla extract

Activate the yeast by heating the milk to 110°F in the microwave or on stove.

Make the dough by mixing it by hand.

Proof the dough for 1 hour until it doubles in size.

Roll it out and spread the soft butter across the dough.

Sprinkle sugar and arrange the banana slices.

Roll it up.

Cut 12 rolls.

Arrange in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes and then add cream cheese frosting.
