Step 1

Prepare the potatoes. Grate the parboiled potatoes using the thickest part of a box grater.

Make "dough." Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper, and gluten-free all-purpose flour to the potatoes.

Roll the "dough." Place the potato mixture at the edge of a piece of parchment paper and roll it up, creating a log shape.

Step 4

Cut into tots. Cut the log into 1 to 1½ inch segments, shaping the tots if necessary.

Step 5

Firm the tots up. Arrange the tots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then place in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

Step 6

Cook them. You can air fry the tots for 10 - 15 minutes or oven bake them for 25 minutes.
