This skinny 4-ingredient Bacardi pina colada recipe is perfectly sweet, refined sugar-free, and made with light coconut milk. The perfect tropical summer drink. No pineapple juice is required!
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender. Start with ¼ cup of canned coconut milk, you can always add more if you want your pina colada to be thinner.
Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thinner pina colada, add more coconut milk. For a thicker pina colada, add a bit more frozen pineapple chunks or a few ice cubes.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
