Indoor air fryer s'mores are the best quick, easy, 5-minute dessert recipe! The marshmallows are golden brown, the chocolate is gooey, and the graham crackers are perfectly crisp. No fire is needed!
Break the graham crackers in half and place six squares in the air fryer basket.
Cut the marshmallows in half and place 2 halves, cut side (sticky side) down on each graham cracker. Important! Lightly press down, so they stick to the graham crackers and do not fall off during cooking.
Air fry for 3 - 4 minutes until the marshmallows are golden and toasted to your liking. I would check at the 2-minute mark; all air fryers are different.
Immediately top each marshmallow with a square of chocolate and the other air fry toasted graham cracker half. Gently press down so the chocolate melts.
Enjoy immediately!
