Whisk together the creamy peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until it’s smooth.
Add the rolled oats, peanuts salt, and cinnamon on top.
Stir everything together until the oats and nuts are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread it out into a flat, even layer.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15 – 18 minutes.
Best under-30-minute granola!
