These super fluffy air fryer baked oats are healthy, moist, and taste like a cake. Add chocolate chips, sprinkles, or blueberries for a fun, 15-minute, high-protein breakfast!
Preheat your air fryer to 290°F and grease a single-serve ramekin or baking dish.
Add all the base ingredients to a high-speed blender (do not add mix-ins yet). Decide if you want to add nut butter (this is optional, but I love peanut butter). Blend on high for 20 – 30 seconds until fully combined.
Stir in your desired mix-in. I love chocolate chips, blueberries, or sprinkles.
Pour the batter into a greased ramekin (I used an 8-ounce one). Top with the extra chocolate chips or your desired mix-in.
Air fry at 290°F for 12 - 15 min total. Check at the 7-minute mark since all air fryers are different. If it is browning too quickly on top, feel free to add a piece of aluminum foil on top.
The oats should be cooked through and slightly browned on top - enjoy!
