These air fryer frozen Brussels sprouts come out golden, crispy, and totally delicious in just 20 minutes—straight from the freezer! No thawing, no prep, and only a handful of pantry ingredients. It’s the ultimate easy weeknight veggie side dish.

Instructions
Season the sprouts: Add frozen Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl. DO NOT THAW. Toss with avocado oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until evenly coated. No need to cut or thaw them!
Air fry: Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket (don’t overcrowd). Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
Shake & finish: Shake the basket, then cook for another 5–10 minutes, until the sprouts are golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan while hot, or serve with crispy bacon or a squeeze of lemon.
