Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Carefully slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop them into a mixing bowl.
Using a fork, mash the avocado. I like mine a little chunky, but make it as smooth as you want!
Add the onion, cilantro, ½ teaspoon of lime zest, juice from 1 lime, salt, and pepper. Mix and taste – adjust salt, pepper, or lime juice if needed.
Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
Notes
White Onion: You can use red or yellow onion if needed.Storing: For best results, add your 4 ingredient guacamole into an airtight container and place it in the fridge for 3 - 4 days. Freezing: You can freeze guacamole for up to 3 months without losing its texture or taste. Just add your guac to a freezer-safe bag or airtight container and freeze. To defrost, leave at room temperature for 20 – 30 minutes, or put it in the fridge for a few hours.
