I’m Tati, a foodie, recipe developer, and blogger based in Austin, Texas.
I started Healthful Blondie in 2020 to celebrate life, health, and my passion for cooking and baking. I have loved cooking for as long as I can remember – from baking chocolate chip cookies for my middle school class to helping my mom cook dinner every night. I fell in love with the kitchen at a young age.

My Story
I grew up in a small town in Connecticut and moved to Boston, Massachusetts, for college. I have always loved cooking, but my passion for healthier recipes came from collegiate athletics. I was a three-time national champion in women’s rowing in high school, which led me to row at Harvard. My story is long, but I will keep it short: being a nationally ranked Division I rower was the most challenging, but rewarding experience in my life.
I learned how to fuel my body and the importance of a varied diet that includes yummy treats. Balance is everything, and food is too good to restrict. In fact, food is one of life’s greatest pleasures! Healthful Blondie is a place for simple, healthier recipes that taste as good as they look.
