About Tati
I grew up in a small town in Connecticut and later moved to Boston for college, where I was a Division I athlete on the Harvard rowing team. As a three-time national champion in women's rowing, I learned how powerful food is - not just for performance, but for feeling strong and supported in everyday life.
After college, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I turned my lifelong passion for cooking into something bigger. I started Healthful Blondie in 2020 to share easy, nourishing recipes and show that healthy eating doesn't have to be boring or restrictive.
Cooking has always been a part of my life - I've been experimenting in the kitchen since I was a kid (I was making my mom dinner at 12!). Today, I spend most of my time developing and testing recipes in my own kitchen, creating meals that are approachable, satisfying, and easy to make.
As an endurance athlete, I rely on food to stay fueled and recover well. That's why I create high-protein, balanced recipes designed to keep you full and fit into real life - whether you're busy, active, or just trying to eat a little better.
