About Tati
I grew up in a small town in Connecticut and later moved to Boston for college, where I was a Division I athlete on the Harvard rowing team. As a three-time national champion in women’s rowing, I learned how powerful food is — not just for performance, but for feeling good and enjoying life.
After college, I moved to Austin, Texas, where I turned my lifelong passion for cooking into something bigger. In 2020, I launched Healthful Blondie to share my love of food and prove that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive. Cooking has always been a part of my life — I’ve been experimenting in the kitchen since I was a kid (ask my mom, I was making her dinner at 12!).
Today, I’m in the kitchen testing new recipes, sharing my favorite meals (and desserts!), and showing that healthier cooking can be both approachable and delicious. When I’m not cooking or blogging, I’m training for Ironman triathlons — a sport that constantly pushes me to stay strong, balanced, and fueled.
