I made these cilantro lime chicken burgers on Saturday night and they turned out fantastic. I added a little McCormick Montreal Chicken seasoning to it, used sliced pepperjack and topped it with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, avocado and red onion served on a whole wheat bun. Healthy and delicious, first time ever using ground chicken for a burger!
