This is one of the BEST ways to elevate a boring chicken breast for a family dinner! This chicken is not only super moist and tender, but it honestly tastes like your eating at Buffalo Wild Wings or a local sports bar. It’s just that good. And the best part? It is HEALTHY!

This is one of my favorite air fryer recipes. As you’ll see on my Instagram, I eat it at least two times a week! I usually cook three chicken breasts at the same time and just save them in an airtight container in the fridge for the week. Meal prep saves so much time, especially as a working student!

Here I paired it with some roasted brussel sprouts and Right Rice making it a balanced, nourishing, and delicious dinner!

I love using The New Primal Medium Buffalo Sauce here; it is so delicious! I buy mine of Amazon or in stores at Whole Foods. I just it as a marinade, dip, and even a salad dressing sometimes. However, any buffalo sauce of your choice should work perfectly!

Healthy Air Fried Buffalo Chicken

Healthy crispy and moist air-fried buffalo chicken breast that tastes like you are eating at your favorite sports bar. Ready in 30 minutes, this recipe is perfect for all who want a delicious dinner.


  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 6 Tbsp buffalo sauce (I use New Primal) 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Avocado or olive oil cooking spray


  1. Preheat air fryer to 380 F.
  2. Place chicken breasts into a shallow bowl and completely coat with buffalo sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Let marinate for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Spray air fryer tray with a dash of avocado or olive oil cooking spray. Place chicken breast into basket and cook for 18 – 22 minutes. Until slightly crispy and tender on the inside.
  4. Pair with your favorite rice and roasted vegetable. I love brussel sprouts! Enjoy 🙂
